- Damaged or broken products on delivery
- Expired or near-expiry products
- Wrong items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Quality issues with products
- Sealed products in original condition
Not Eligible for Refund
- Products used or opened (except for quality check)
- Perishable items after 2 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Items on final sale or clearance
Category-Specific Policies
Fruits & Vegetables
Must be inspected at delivery. Returns accepted only if reported immediately upon delivery.
Dairy Products
Check expiry dates. Returns for expired products accepted within 2 hours of delivery.
Packaged Goods
Returns accepted within 24 hours if sealed and in original condition.
Personal Care
Returns only for damaged or defective sealed products. No returns on opened items.
Cleaning Products
Returns accepted for damaged or leaking products reported within 24 hours.
Combo Offers
Full combo must be returned for refund. Partial returns not applicable.
Important Note
Please inspect all products at the time of delivery. For perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, any issues must be reported immediately to the delivery person or within 2 hours of delivery. We recommend checking the condition and expiry dates before accepting the order.
